  • $65,000 to $75,000 + health benefits + vacation

What systematic processes do you live by to ensure accountability and performance? At Bellair, we don’t just fix buses; we create reliability for our drivers and customers.  We are searching for a Shop Manager who is passionate about maintenance excellence and ready to turn "good" into "excellent".

Lead a dedicated team of four as you master the art of the shop: methodically blending precision repair scheduling, proactive work orders, and streamlined parts management. Your mission is simple but vital—ensure our fleet is always battle-ready so our Operations team can deliver the world-class service our customers expect.   Every day is a fresh opportunity to sharpen your organizational follow-through and prove that we can rely on you.

Job Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude and interest
  • Expert in your follow-up and follow-through processes
  • Experience in a hands-on environment
  • Experience managing others 
  • Embraces a dynamic and fluid (not static) environment 
  • Savvy and detail oriented computer skills
  • Wise part pricing awareness and negotiating
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Professional, clean, and neat appearance
  • Must be 25 years or older
  • Reliable transportation to our Ferndale, WA location

Daily Responsibilities

  • Work your well organized calendar and daily processes
  • Schedule daily and weekly work in the shop
  • Evaluate and encourage tech productivity
  • Order parts / research parts for the repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service to Operations & our Drivers
