We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of equipment. This role is essential in ensuring that our buses operate efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations.

Our motorcoaches and mini buses are some of the nicest vehicles driving the roads today. As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the vehicles serviced and running smoothly.

We are pleased to offer hourly increases for each completed certification! Earn up to $25 to $30 per hour.

Placement within our pay range is determined by your qualifications at the time of hire. The more knowledge and skills you bring, the more you can make!

To be successful in this position, you should possess these skills and abilities:

· A Fleet Technician certification from an accredited program (or working towards one)
· Demonstrated ability to be teachable, learn new skills and to diagnose problems
· Skills in repairing and servicing heavy equipment engines, transmissions, brakes and electrical systems
· Systems experience, including but not limited to diagnostics and repair
· Possession of a CDL license is a plus

· A team player attitude – working well with and being an encouragement to your co-workers
· Ability to maintain a high quality of work and safety standards
· Experience producing and maintaining accurate records
· A willingness to be on call
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to work independently
