Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of MCI vehicles and Ford and Chevy mini buses. This role is essential in ensuring that our fleet operates efficiently and safely.
Location = Conveniently located off I-5 in Federal Way - easily accessible from Tacoma, Auburn, Kent and South Seattle.
Hours = 9AM-5PM - 40 hours per week - may be requested to work weekends during the heavy charter season, and participate in a rotating on call schedule
Compensation =Training = $30.00 after 90 days $32-36 DOE

Responsabilities
* Preventive Maintenance
* Engine Repair
* Transmission diagnostics
* Brakes
* Tires
* Lights
* Use computer software in diagnostics (JPro)
* HVAC & heating systems
* Electrical Systems
Must have:
* Own tools
* Ability to work independently
* Strong communications skills both written and verbal
* Ability to be teachable, learn new skills, and diagnose problems
* Skills in repairing and servicing heavy equipment engines, transmissions, brakes and electrical systems
* Maintaining accurate records
* Computer skills
Nice to have:
* CDL license is a plus
* HVAC qualifications
* Familiarity with JPro or other software programs
* Fleet Technician Certification from an accredited program (or working towards one)
